Refund & Returns
Since we are POD provider we would not be able to accept any returns. Individual store owners are responsible for their own returns.
We will issue a refund for any item that is send by mistakenly or if the item is defective which was send to the customers when the customer refuse to get a replacement for the item. If the item was mistakenly send or it was found to be defective - we will offer a replacement for the item. If the replacement is refused than we will issue a full refund for the order.
Under these 2 circumstances we will issue a full refund to the marchant who will be buying from us
