FAQ for Seller

1. How long processing and shipping takes after order is placed?

Processing and Shipping time are the following - 

USA - 7 to 10 business days for processing, shipping & delivery. The order gets delivered by USPS/FedEx. 

United Kingdom - 7 to 10 business days for processing, shipping & delivery. The order gets delivered by Royal Mail / Harmes UK.

Australia: 7 to 10 business days for processing, shipping & delivery. The order gets delivered by Australia Post / Fastway Australia.

Canada: 7 to 10 business days for processing, shipping & delivery. The order gets delivered by Australia Post Fastway Australia.

Rest of the world: 2 to 3 weeks for processing, shipping & delivery. The order gets delivered by ePacket/ Singapore Post.

 

2. What kind of services do you provide? 

We provide 3 types of services -

  • Dropship Various Item from China using our own shipping system

 

3. How does sourcing product for seller work? 

If you would to source product through us we can gladly do it for you. We can source the item, store it and ship the item as you get the order. Here are the steps for how source products for 3 party seller work- 

Step 1: Use Contact Us Page to Submit a Request for the product that you would like to source through us. Please see the attached. 

 

 

Also when submitting the request answer the following question when sending the request: 

  • Product Name:
  • Sourcing Link from Where you are sourcing the product from now:
  • COG you are paying now:
  • Shipping Cost for the item to get it ship now:
  • How many units would like us to source and store for you:
  • How many order you are getting daily for this item

Step 2: After submitting request please allow us 24 to 72 hours so we can get you an accurate quote for the item. We will let you know what will each unit cost along with the processing and shipping cost for your item. 

Step 3: If you agree with our quote, than we will send you a special link to pay for the items only so that we can purchase the item for you in bulk and store it in our warehouse.

Note: the initial MOQ for the bulk order is 20 units. we will not buy more or less than 20 units in the first order from you. If we see you are getting high frequency orders everyday we will contact with you and will buy and higher amount of product for you and will store them in our warehouse. 

Step 4: Once we get the item in our warehouse we will send you a special secret link to place order each time you get an order in your store. using the secret link you will pay for shipping each time you get an order and we will ship out the order for you on the very next day. You will get the tracking code for each order 3 to 5 business days once the order is getting shipped from the local postal service. 

4. When will I get my tracking code? 

Once the order is placed with us you will get the tracking code for most order after 5 business days.

5. Where should I see my tracking code to send to customers? 

Until you we automate order processing via our shopify app you need to manually send the tracking codes to your customers. You will find all the orders and tracking codes under your account. You have to login to your account to see all the orders and tracking codes for your order. Please see the attached screenshot - 

6. How to I track my orders.? 
You can track the the order using the track order link. Here are the steps for tracking orders - 
1. Click the Track Order Link
2. Enter the Order Number and Hit Enter
3. Click the Track My Order link from the page. Please see the screen shot - 
7. Whats the processing and shipping time for the regular dropship item thats already in your store? 
The processing time for the POD items and the the regular dropship item is same -

8. What should I do if wrong orders was send to my customer? 

If we send the wrong item to your customers by mistake, we can than resend the correct item to the customer again if that is our fault. In order for us to reprocess and resend the order you need to submit a request using the contact now icon from the page. We need few thing in order to resend the item to your customer - 

1. Mention the order number

2. Attach the picture of the item that was send wrongfully to the customer along with the label (Request both from the customer when they contact with you about the wrong order). 

3. Send the email. 

Once the request is send our team will verify it and will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours. We will resend another item to your customers along with the tracking code to you for the order. 

9. Can I cancel my order after it has been placed? 

Once the order is placed we won't be able to cancel any order for since our team will be start working on it right away and we will process and ship the item from our warehouse as soon possible. 

10. Do you accept return and refund for the order? 

We don'r accept any refund or return from our side. If the customer don't like the item we won't be responsible for return and refund for the item, the individual seller is responsible for the return and refund, we won't be issuing any return or refund for any item. 

11. Order status says the item is return to the sender, what should I do? 

In the case of the order status saying item is return to the sender means the customer provided invalid or addresses thats not valid. In that case you need to contact with the customer and get the right address. Also, re-place the order with us with updated new address so we can resend the item to your customer. We won't be getting the order almost in 3 weeks. Any flaw or address issues will stay between you and your customer. If we need to resend the order, we need start from scratch and than send it over to the customer. 

12. What if the order get lost after the order was shipped? 

If there is any order tracking code does not show any progress after 2 weeks that marks the order has been, in that case please contact with us and we will work with you to get the issue resolved.
